Hello, I’m Allison Kemper, a middle school teacher, DIY enthusiast, homesteader, wife and mother of two girls, and I’m delighted to share my journey with you. During the day in the classroom, I’m passionate about fostering a love for learning through inquiry and developing my student’s leadership skills. Off-duty, I dive into the world of DIY, finding joy in transforming the old into something new. Homesteading connects me to the earth, cultivating sustainability through gardening and raising chickens, turkeys and last year pigs! Motherhood is my greatest adventure, shaping our family into a source of grounding joy. Life’s true beauty, I’ve come to realize, lies in finding joy in the journey of learning and growing.
